I saw the chivito segment and that was the worst chivito I ever saw !!stick to the rice n beans ok>?I had to turn it off when you put the london broil (and not lomito)in the mortar and pestal!That’s a mortal sin, your soul will be condemned by the food gods!! Conchale!Your not making mofongo!!!!That’s why in the Southern Cone, women dont go near the barbeque. You have to use lomito bien fino, pegalo antes con un martillo that you use for milanesa. When you put it on the budare/grill wait till the blood rises on the one side then add salt pepper. No oil for the bacon (which is better done ahead of time. Ham same time as meat, put meats on one bread with lettuce, morrones, aceitunas verdes, tomate, cebolla y provolone. By the way what kind of name is Berdaisa? My mom thought it was smoother to change the t for an r. It they would have combined their names, it would have been an honor. I would have felt I put them together even with my name.
